At Hotgearco, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Simply follow our streamlined process to ensure your fashion finds are exactly what you envisioned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the original, unworn items with their tags attached into the shipping bag or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
